GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
General Contracting Conditions (GTC) regulate the purchasing conditions of the different products offered on our website: www.alfaclassic.shop, owned by ROSA ALONSO MONTAÑA, hereinafter the CONTROLLER with NIF 40323345K , with registered office at Cl. Alacant nº10, Nave A, 17005 Girona. Spain.
Users who make purchases at www.alfaclassic.shop fully accept these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them, just as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.alfaclassic.shop
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The Terms and Conditions will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can view or print them at any time.
Prices and terms of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at that specific time. Once the order is placed, the purchase will be deemed to be fully completed, with all legal guarantees protecting the purchasing consumer. From that moment on, the prices and terms will be contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract will be formalized in Spanish. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived, and the user will have access to it upon request to the company, which will not refuse to provide it.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided at www.alfaclassic.shop for reasons of breach of good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Conditions of Purchase and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.
Shipping
Delivery times range from one to two weeks, depending on the destination and the product. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that shipping companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery times may occasionally exceed two weeks.
Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated for each product offered. Orders containing multiple items will be shipped in a single shipment, and the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
The customer will have 48 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and to ensure that everything required is included in the included products. After these 48 hours, the shipment will be deemed accepted, and claims for defects or shipping errors will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt. The customer must inspect the products upon receipt within the next 48 hours and present any objections they may have.

Withdrawal
For these purposes, the CONTROLLER informs you that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options for exercising the right of withdrawal. Among these options, it provides for the possibility of doing so by completing an online form. In order to reduce processing time and ensure you can return your item conveniently and without delay, the CONTROLLER advises you to use this option and complete the withdrawal form.
In accordance with current legislation, the contract may be terminated, without needing to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving the goods. To do so, the conditions set forth in this document must be met: withdrawal form.
The consumer will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the entrepreneur's control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods accepted by the website, except for those incorrectly referenced, for a specific model.
The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit them to perform urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to those additional services or goods.
The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
Contracts concluded through public auctions.
The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the product(s), we will refund you according to the payment method you used:
If you paid by card, we'll credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.
If you paid by bank transfer, we'll ask for your account number to process the refund. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours for the amount to appear in your bank account.
If you paid through financing, we will proceed with a full or partial cancellation of the financed amount, as appropriate.
For all other payment methods, we'll ask for your account number to process your payment.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Return policy.
Return conditions for individual customers
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to reject the return.
Once you have completed and submitted the withdrawal form, you will receive instructions on how to send it to our facilities via the email address you previously provided to the CONTROLLER. You must return the goods without delay, within a maximum of 10 calendar days from when you notify us of your wish to exercise this right.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and find the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer.
Returning products with a gift or promotion. A full return (full package or item + gift) is required for a refund.
Return conditions for distributors
Returns of unopened, perfect material will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Existing promotions on the website that extend the 30-day delivery period will not apply to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period.
Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law regulating return rights between companies, and such processing is regulated according to the conditions of the CONTROLLER.
Returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed packaging, as well as any other products with a broken factory security seal, will not be accepted.
These conditions do not void the right to a warranty or exchange defective products. The CONTROLLER reserves the right to refuse a refund if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
Guarantees
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or operation. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the warranty:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear, and use not in accordance with the CONTROLLER's instructions.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the CONTROLLER, as well as products that are subject to a specific support contract.
- Incorrect configuration of a device, component, or peripheral by the customer. Incorrect software/hardware configuration (GPS or additional programs or devices that the product may have built in) or equipment failure caused by a component not supplied by the CONTROLLER and incorporated by the customer.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations involving a refund to the customer and made by bank transfer will have a maximum of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to keep the cancellation period to no more than 15 days.
Dispute resolution
For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out therein, Spanish law will apply, to which the parties expressly submit. The Courts and Tribunals of Girona shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
